Stretch
Sessions
remedial massage, facilitated stretch, and combinations of both are available to both men & women.
Jei incorporates his knowledge of Phytomedicine, Weight Management, Massage, and Facilitated Stretch into his sessions in a holistic fashion.
Sessions may include the use of Liniment, Recovery Capsules, and advice on Nutrition, Food As Medicine, and Supplements.
REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Jei uses a great variety of techniques garnered over the last 23 years. Often he uses a 'slow but steady' approach that is most often less painful, but will also guide you through techniques that may be less comfortable.
Depending on the condition you present with in your session, Jei may also massage you in one or more stretched positions. This can facilitate a speedier treatment, and also a speedier recovery.
FACILITATED STRETCH
Jei has been teaching stretch classes since 2017, and using facilitated stretch as a component of his treatment since 2014. Using a hands-on approach to guide you, he will gently correct your positions, help you to hold positions, and also gently push you further into your positions than you can do alone.
This type of session is great to incorporate into your fitness and physical maintenance routine. It will help you to regain and maintain flexibility and range-of-movement.
COMBINATIONS
You can choose from a variety of session lengths where Jei will start with easing you into poses and movements with Stretching, and then segway into a Remedial Massage.
A Combo is the best of both types of treatment!
