Service Description

In the Assessment and Planning session Jei will discuss your nutrition and physical exercise data in relation to your health issue, and work with you to formulate goals to work toward management of your issue and better health over all. This may include changes in diet and physical activity, it may include prescription of herbal medicines, and continued diarising of these details. Jei may also suggest seeing additional specialists such as a physio, chiro, massage therapist, or counsellor. Don't worry, Jei understands that slow and steady with any changes needed is what makes them workable and permanent!
