Service Description
Dry Needling is a therapy where very fine needles are inserted through the skin to stimulate underlying structures such as trigger points, tight muscle and connective tissues, to aid in managing neuromuscular pain and to help facilitate better movement. Sessions are 30 minutes long, and may be combined with massage.
